PAYMENT AND PAYMENT TERMS
A 50% deposit is required to hold the date, and start the preparations for your event. Any remaining balance will be due 2 weeks prior the event. Your payments validate your signature and agreement to the Terms of Service of this contract. If payment of final balance has not been received by the payment deadline, we reserve the right to terminate the agreement. In such event, we will have no further obligation hereunder and any deposits made to date will not be refunded. Payments can be made in person/meet up, Venmo (@rachesantiago), Zelle (Rachelle Santiago; (925) 658 8942, bank transfer or personal checks.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellation Policy – If you notify us of cancellation at least 2weeks prior to the event. We will refund half of your deposit. No refunds of the deposit will be given after that date. However, we appreciate you giving as much notice as possible and if we are able to re-book your date, we will apply half of the amount of your unrefunded deposit to a future event.
DELIVERIES & SET UP
Deliveries are included for free in all Grazing Table Catering options within 15 miles radius from our location in Concord. Additional $40.oo usd for the next 20 miles then $1.00/mile for the following miles.
MULTI DIMENSIONAL SET UP / HEIGHTS RENTAL
Our first commitment to our customer is to make sure all heights & props are in perfect condition. We do charge a $50 rental fee per event and a $50 deposit which will be refunded once items are returned to us. All props and platters must be returned within 48 hrs after the event to the address provided in Concord. There will be a fee of $15/day for late returns. Lost or Damage items will be subject to some additional charges.
WEATHER
The Grazing Table is not responsible for any conditions that would affect the quality of the product or service such as rain, wind, hail, heat (outdoor weddings) etc. In the event of major weather changes such as earthquakes, we will provide the best possible product, however are not responsible for damage that is related. We are not responsible for any damage to the grazing table after delivery and/or set up is complete. Clients are responsible for providing an appropriate and secure table and environment for the appetizers.
OUR OBLIGATION
We take our obligation to provide your grazing table as agreed in this contract very seriously. We will work with you (in reasonable accommodation) on every level to make sure you are
